1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Terms

All merchandise on NestSleepora is fulfilled exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. No upfront credit card payments, wire transfers, or online deposits are required at checkout.

• Payment is due in full in local currency cash directly to the courier agent upon physical doorstep delivery.
• Couriers provide an official physical payment receipt upon handover.
• We do not store or process cardholder data or financial account information on our servers.

2. Phone & WhatsApp Pre-Dispatch Verification

Due to the logistical weight of furniture and mattress shipments, every order undergoes phone or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch from our European partner warehouses. A customer representative will contact you to confirm address accuracy and delivery availability. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 4 business days are cancelled to prevent misrouted freight.

3. Delivery & Doorstep Inspection

Standard delivery takes 7 to 21 business days.

Doorstep Inspection: Before paying the courier, you have the right to examine the outer packaging and verify that the correct item arrived without transit damage. If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery on the spot without penalty.

4. Final Sale Policy & Doorstep Verification

Because items are custom-dispatched directly from verified European partner workshops via specialized freight, all purchases are final once inspected and accepted at your doorstep with Cash on Delivery payment.
