1. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

All purchases through our website are transacted on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment must be made in cash directly to the authorized courier representative immediately upon handover of the parcel. We do not require or collect online card prepayments.

2. Mandatory Pre-Dispatch Verification

To maintain fulfillment reliability, every order placed through NestSleepora requires phone or WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch. A dispatch representative will contact you using the number supplied. Unverified orders are cancelled.

3. Doorstep Inspection & Final Sale Policy

Customers have the full right to examine outer carton packaging, timber components, labels, and seals at their doorstep before paying the courier.

Due to intimate personal contact and health and hygiene regulations concerning bedding products (mattresses, pillows, blankets, and bed frames), all sales are final once products have been inspected, accepted, and paid for. NestSleepora does not accept returns or offer refunds for used or accepted items.

4. Manufacturing Quality & Defect Claims

NestSleepora inspects each frame joinery and mattress assembly to satisfy high structural standards. If a genuine manufacturing defect is uncovered upon assembly, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nestsleepora.store with photographic documentation to coordinate component replacement.
