3. Pre-Dispatch Verification
We use your telephone number and WhatsApp details solely to confirm delivery readiness, verify address correctness, and schedule carrier dispatch. Unconfirmed orders are cancelled to prevent lost parcels. Your delivery coordinates are shared securely with our regional logistics courier partners solely to execute doorstep fulfillment.
4. Data Retention & Shopper Rights
