Inspect The Parcel
When our European regional courier arrives at your address:
- Examine the outer carton seals, tape, and protective strapping for any severe transit damage.
- Verify that the shipping label details match the product model, dimensions, and color ordered.
- Pay cash directly to the courier only once you are completely satisfied with the delivery condition.
Decline Damaged Goods
In the rare event that a package shows visible crushing, water damage, or incorrect labeling:
- You have the absolute right to decline handover on the spot.
- You do not pay a single euro to the courier. The parcel is returned directly to the depot.
- Simply email support@nestsleepora.store and we will arrange a replacement dispatch.
Final Sale Upon Handover
Because our furniture is custom prepared and shipped via specialized long-distance European freight directly from verified manufacturing workshops, all sales are considered final once the parcel is inspected and accepted at your doorstep with Cash on Delivery payment.

Transit Damage or Defective Components
While doorstep inspection prevents receiving damaged cartons, if an interior manufacturing fault or missing component (such as an assembly screw) is discovered upon unboxing, notify our customer desk within 48 hours at support@nestsleepora.store with photos of the issue. We will dispatch replacement components promptly.
