2. Order Verification Protocol

Within 12 to 24 hours of completing checkout, a representative from our dispatch office will connect with you using the phone number supplied.
Note: Orders that cannot be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp within 72 hours are cancelled automatically to prevent warehouse stock hold-ups.
3. Packaging & Transit Safety
We engineer our packaging to safeguard every wooden joinery component and fabric surface during highway and maritime transit:
- Solid Timber Bed Frames: Packaged in heavy-gauge dual-wall corrugated cartons with high-density corner foam protectors and individual component wrapping to prevent friction marks.
- Orthopedic & Hybrid Mattresses: Encased in puncture-resistant, airtight sterile polythene protective wrapping.
- Bedding & Pillows: Shipped in breathable organic linen-lined protective zip covers inside tamper-evident courier mailers.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Handover
When the courier arrives, you have the full right to examine external packaging and parcel seals before completing payment. Payment must be made in cash directly to the courier agent in the currency agreed upon at checkout. Upon payment receipt, the courier provides a signed delivery manifest.
5. Delivery Rescheduling & Missed Drop-offs
